This Privacy Policy explains how Zombie Couple Video (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you use zombiecouplevideo.io (the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge this Policy. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@zombiecouplevideo.io.

1. Who is responsible

For the purposes of this Policy, the operator of the Service is Zombie Couple Video (zombiecouplevideo.io). Privacy and data-rights requests: support@zombiecouplevideo.io. We have not appointed a separate DPO.

2. Personal data we collect

2.1 Data you provide

  • Delivery email and order-related identifiers (private order / wallet link).
  • Two uploaded portrait images used as generation references.
  • Aspect ratio / format choice and credit-pack selection.
  • Messages you send to support (including order links you share).

2.2 Data collected automatically

  • Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser/user agent, timestamps and error logs.
  • Payment status and transaction metadata returned by our payment processor (not full card numbers).

We do not require a traditional username/password account. Access is via the private order link created after purchase.

3. How we use personal data

  • Provide and deliver the video generation Service (contract performance).
  • Process payments and credits (contract performance).
  • Run content-safety checks on generation prompts (legitimate interests / legal obligation to operate safely).
  • Customer support and order troubleshooting (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection (legitimate interests).
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests (legal obligation).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Waffo Pancake — payment processing. Card data is handled by Waffo under PCI-DSS standards and is not stored on our servers.
  • BytePlus ModelArk (Seedance) — video generation. Uploaded portraits and the story prompt are sent to create your video.
  • Supabase / hosting providers — storage of uploads, order records and delivered media, and application hosting.
  • Waffo content-safety scan — prompt text may be checked before generation; the scan API does not retain the prompt text after returning a verdict.
  • Authorities when required by law, or professional advisors under confidentiality.

5. Retention

  • Uploaded photos and delivered videos: typically up to 14 days after delivery readiness, then deleted by our cleanup process (or earlier on verified deletion request).
  • Order / wallet / credit records: retained as needed for support, accounting and legal compliance (generally up to 2 years, or longer if required by law).
  • Support emails: typically up to 2 years.
  • Security and application logs: typically up to 12 months.

6. Your data rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request the following by emailing support@zombiecouplevideo.io from the address used at checkout and including your private order link (or enough detail for us to locate your records). We aim to respond within 30 calendar days.

  • Access / know — ask what personal data we hold about your order and receive a copy where feasible.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate email or order details we control.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete uploaded photos, delivered videos and related personal data we no longer need to keep. We may retain limited transaction records where required for tax, fraud prevention or legal claims.
  • Restriction / objection — ask us to limit certain processing where the law allows.
  • Portability — where technically feasible, receive order metadata in a common machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it for future processing (this does not affect prior lawful processing).

6.1 Closing access / “account” deletion

The Service does not use a traditional login account. To close access and request deletion of your personal data associated with an order, email support@zombiecouplevideo.io with the subject “Data deletion request” and your private order link. After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize eligible data within 30 days and confirm by email when done. Remaining legal retention (for example payment records) will be explained if applicable.

If you believe we have not handled a request properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, access-controlled storage for uploads and videos, and least-privilege access for operators. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your rights occurs, we will notify you and authorities as required by law, aiming for notice within 72 hours of becoming aware where GDPR-style rules apply.

8. International transfers

Providers (including payment, hosting and AI generation) may process data in the United States, Singapore or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections with processors.

9. Children

The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor’s data was submitted, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy, except where law requires otherwise.
