Acceptable Use Policy — AI-generated content

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all use of Zombie Couple Video (zombiecouplevideo.io), including prompts, uploaded portraits, and AI-generated videos. It complements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to refused generation, suspension, termination and, where appropriate, reports to authorities.

1. Scope

This Policy covers:

User inputs, including uploaded photos and any text associated with a generation request.
Our built-in story prompts and parameters used to create videos.
AI-generated video and audio outputs, and how you share them.

2. Content standards — six prohibited categories

You must not use the Service to request, upload material for, or generate any of the following six categories of content:

Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, sexual acts, erotic nudity, or sexualized depictions of people.
Violence / gore — graphic injury, torture, glorified real-world violence, or extreme gore beyond the Service’s non-graphic fictional zombie story styling.
Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar categories).
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) / child safety — any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (anyone under 18), or uploads of children’s photos. Zero tolerance.
Deepfakes / impersonation — non-consensual face-swap, undressing transforms, intimate synthetic media, or deceptive impersonation of a real person (including celebrities), whether or not that person consented to a “joke” or viral trend.
Copyright / trademark infringement — generating or distributing outputs that copy protected characters, logos, branded assets or other third-party IP without rights.

2.1 Absolute prohibitions (zero tolerance)

CSAM or any sexualized content involving minors.
Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
Non-consensual intimate deepfakes or undress transforms of real people.
Uploading photos of minors for any purpose.

We may report such material to competent authorities.

2.2 Upload source rules (face-based generation)

You may only upload adult portraits of yourself, or of adults who have given you clear permission to use their likeness in this Service. Permission to upload does not authorize prohibited deepfake or NSFW uses listed above. Do not upload celebrity or public-figure photos to impersonate them without lawful right and consent where required.

2.3 Other prohibited conduct

Fraud, scams, malware facilitation or attempts to bypass safety systems.
Presenting AI outputs as human professional advice (legal, medical, financial).
Bulk abuse of the API or order system, or attempts to reverse-engineer safety filters.

3. Platform content moderation

We use a layered moderation approach appropriate to a photo-to-video product:

3.1 Automated checks (before / during generation)

Prompt safety scan — generation prompts are checked with Waffo’s content-safety scan-prompt API before we call the video model. Generation continues only when the verdict is allow.
Product constraints — the Service uses a fixed non-graphic couple story; users cannot freely author arbitrary prompts in the paid generator.
Upload rules — file-type/size limits and adult-only instructions; abuse signals may block further generations on an order link.

3.2 Human review

Reports and high-risk automated flags are reviewed by a human operator.
We may request additional information (for example proof of consent) before restoring access.

3.3 Spot checks

We may periodically sample orders and outputs for policy compliance and to improve filters.

3.4 Severity levels

L1 — Critical (CSAM, terrorism, severe non-consensual intimate deepfakes): immediate block; may report to authorities.
L2 — High (clear NSFW, hate, violent gore, IP abuse, non-consensual celebrity/other impersonation): refuse generation; suspend order access.
L3 — Medium (policy edge cases, consent disputes): pause and human review.
L4 — Low (minor misuse, first-time unclear cases): warning and education.

4. User reporting

4.1 What to report

Suspected prohibited content or uploads (including CSAM or non-consensual deepfakes).
Misuse of your likeness or rights.
Other violations of this Policy or our Terms.

4.2 How we handle reports

Confidentiality: we protect reporter identity to the extent lawful and practical.
Neutral review: reports are assessed on available evidence.
Abuse of reporting: knowingly false reports may themselves lead to enforcement.

5. Reporting channels

Primary report / safety email: support@zombiecouplevideo.io (subject line: “Content safety report”).
General support: Contact page or the same email with your private order link.

Include: description of the issue, relevant order link if any, URLs or screenshots if you have them, and whether anyone is in immediate danger (contact local emergency services first if so).

6. Response targets

L1: initial response within 2 hours where practical; decisive action within 24 hours.
L2: initial response within 24 hours; action within 3 business days.
L3: within 3 business days; resolution within 7 business days.
L4: within 5 business days; resolution within 15 business days.

Complex cases may take longer; we will say so if we need more time.

7. Enforcement actions

Depending on severity and history, we may:

Warn you and require corrective action.
Refuse or cancel a generation without consuming additional credits where we blocked for policy.
Remove or shorten retention of uploads / outputs.
Limit or suspend further generations on an order link or email.
Permanently terminate access and forfeit unused credits where allowed by law.
Report illegal activity to law enforcement and preserve evidence as required.

8. Appeals

If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@zombiecouplevideo.io within 14 days of notice with subject “AUP appeal”, your order link, and why you disagree. A reviewer who did not make the original decision will reassess within 10 business days where practical.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by changing this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance, except where law requires otherwise.
