Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zombie Couple Video at zombiecouplevideo.io (the “Service”), operated as Zombie Couple Video (“we”, “us”). By purchasing credits or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. The Service
The Service sells one-time credit packs for customized AI couple videos (currently $9.90 for 1 credit, $19.90 for 3, $29.90 for 5, unless shown otherwise at checkout). There is no subscription. Each credit is used to request one video generation from two uploaded adult portraits and our built-in story prompt. Processing times vary with provider capacity.
The Service uses third-party AI video generation (BytePlus ModelArk / Seedance). Output quality, likeness, motion, timing and continuity can vary and are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility and uploads
You must be at least 18 years old. You may only upload adult portraits that you own or for which you have obtained permission from every person depicted. You must not upload images of minors. You are responsible for all content you submit and for how you use generated videos.
3. Credits, delivery and refunds
Credits are stored on a private order link associated with the email you provide at checkout. Delivered media is retained for 14 days after readiness; download a local copy during that window. Payment card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Successfully delivered videos are generally non-refundable for dissatisfaction with AI quality, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including the six prohibited generative-content categories, upload-consent rules, reporting channels and enforcement measures. We may refuse, pause or terminate access for violations as described there and in Section 7 below.
5. Intellectual property and AI outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the video outputs generated from your uploads for your lawful use. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads and related order data solely to provide the Service (including sending images to our generation provider and running content-safety checks). We do not claim ownership of your portraits. We do not use your uploads to train our own models.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
6.1 “As is” disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6.2 AI-generated content disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or inconsistent with your photos or storyboard. Faces, hands, clothing, motion, audio and edit timing can differ from the plan. Do not rely on outputs as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing results before sharing or publishing them.
6.3 Third-party services
We are not responsible for outages, errors or policy decisions of payment processors, cloud hosts or AI model providers, except to the extent we must provide a refund or credit under our Refund Policy or applicable law.
6.4 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the credit pack giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
7. Term, suspension and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may refuse a generation, suspend access to an order link or credits, delete uploaded or delivered media early, or permanently terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we detect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if continued service would create legal or safety risk.
Where we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will handle unused paid value in line with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Where we terminate for your breach, unused credits may be forfeited except where law requires otherwise.
Because the Service does not require a traditional account login, “closing” your access means requesting deletion of your order data and associated media. Email support@zombiecouplevideo.io with your private order link to request deletion. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention needs (for example payment records).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice.
